Infrared Sauna
30 minsBegin with the warmth and healing benefits of our infrared sauna. Benefits range from relaxation, reducing stress and fatigue, to helping muscle recovery and sooth joint pain.
Swedish Massage
1 hourEnjoy a full body Swedish massage treatment, where your therapist utilizes their hands, along with massage oil, to massage the arms, legs, feet, back, neck and head.
Float
1 hourFloat comfortably upon 10 inches of water filled with 1000lbs of Epsom salt within a specially designed floatation tank. Float for deep rest, solitude and self-exploration!
Relax
