Start low Our infrared sauna allows you to adjust the temperature digitally. Its recommended to start low and build your tolerance by increasing the temperature when you first begin using an infrared sauna.
Max timeEven if you’re an experienced sauna user, keep sessions between 20 – 30 minutes, the optimal time for sauna use.
Stay hydratedThe sweat that pours out during a sauna session can leave your body’s fluid levels low. We provide water but you can also bring a sports drinks with electrolytes which is a good option.
Rinse off afterwardA shower after your sauna will wash off any toxins you sweated out before they can be reabsorbed through your skin. A cold shower will also help bring your body temperature back down and can help you feel even more refreshed.
Bring a friend Our sauna seats 2 people and bringing a companion for company is a great idea. You can also play your own audio through the sauna's built in speakers, making the experience even more enjoyable.
